This sold out event at the Efeste winery in Woodinville was crowded and rockin’! With the crowd, I only managed to taste Sleight of Hand’s Gewurztraminer (Always nice to see you, Trey!), Eklipse’s dry Semillon (barrel sample – it will be available this summer and I am looking forward to it - nice to meet you, Alicia!) and Waters’ Syrah as well Jamie's other label Wines of Substance Cabernet Franc (both excellent wines and it was great to renew my acquaintance with Jamie Brown).

The Efeste facility is big and managed this crowd very well. I don’t know how much money was raised for the Lymphoma and Leukemia Society of Washington but if you didn’t make it to the event and want to contribute, click the link and find out how you can help.
